Here’s how to be in with a chance to win a copy:

1. Visit Icon’s Facebook page and ‘like’ the link about this competition. A winner will be picked at random from everyone who ‘likes’ the post.

2. Follow @researchdigest on Twitter. The winner will be picked from everyone new who follows the account between now and the closing date.

And the closing date is 5pm, this Friday 15th June. All entrants must have a UK address to send the book to.
